Booking Conditions
- To confirm your booking, a deposit of 50% is required.
- Chillout Bali villa rates are in US$. Payments can be made by electronic bank deposit into our US$ account. Account transfer details will be provided with the invoice.
- Australian dollar payments can be made by direct deposit or credit card. An exchange rate will be provided on the day of payment. Credit card payments will incur a fee of 2%. Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
- The final balance is required 30 days prior to your arrival. Payment can be made into either our US$, AUD$ account, or by credit card.
- Cancellations can be made up to 60 days before arrival date but will incur a fee of 50% of the deposit.
- Cancellations made after the 60 day period will not be refundable however bookings can be re-scheduled depending on availability.
- Check out is 12 noon. Late check out is available until 6pm at half day rates, and after 6pm at full day rates.
